Description

Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, is partnering with a respected nonprofit organization to recruit a Guest Services Coordinator. This rewarding opportunity is ideal for a compassionate and service-oriented professional who is passionate about supporting vulnerable populations and making a meaningful impact through community-based services.

The hours for this shift are: Monday - Friday 5 pm to 10:30 pm

Principle Duties:

  • Welcome and orient shelter residents, complete intake documentation, and process personal property in accordance with established health, safety, and program protocols.
  • Support housing stability by addressing resident needs and maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive living environment that promotes overall well-being.
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate resident engagement activities that encourage community involvement, personal growth, and program participation.
  • Maintain accurate client records, case files, and database documentation to ensure compliance with organizational and reporting requirements.
  • Advance program objectives by providing specialized support in areas such as housing navigation, employment readiness, legal resource coordination, and public benefits assistance.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Experience providing services to individuals experiencing chronic homelessness, severe and persistent mental health conditions, and complex behavioral health needs.
  • Strong background in residential case management, including service planning, client advocacy, and coordination of supportive resources.
  • Experience working in residential or shelter settings, with demonstrated knowledge of milieu management and creating a safe, supportive environment.
  • Skilled in crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, conflict resolution, and responding effectively to behavioral health emergencies.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position starts at $21.00 per hour. Insurance, and other benefit options that are offered include:
