Grounds Person
OT Management is looking to hire a Grounds Person.
Responsibilities:
- Clean Stairwells.
- Bush and tree trimming.
- Powerwashing.
- Keep interiors and exteriors clean.
- Move materials into apartments.
- Removes trash and bring to dumpsters.
- Clean apartments.
The Following Is Preferred, Not Necessarily Needed:
- Light electric, light plumbing.
- Assist other team members.
- Sweep and vacuum hvac units.
- Filter Changing.
- Sheetrock, spackle and paint units.
Requirements:
- Must have valid drivers license.
- Must be a team player.
