Build and document the acquisition, underwriting, capital structure, lender/equity engagement, financing conditions, and closing plan.

Responsibilities

• Develop sources and uses, underwriting, pro forma, and capital strategy
• Coordinate equity and debt letters of interest, intent, and commitments
• Support acquisition structure, DDA economics, incentives, and disclosures
• Manage financing conditions, funds availability, and closing evidence

Required qualifications and commitment evidence

• Hotel development finance and transaction experience
• Comparable capital raises or hotel financing engagements
• Ability to provide institution-facing underwriting and commitment evidence
• Signed integrity disclosure and commitment letter

Proposal WBS and story-point coverage

• 2.1 — Market and feasibility assessment (13 points)
• 2.5 — Sources, uses, pro forma, and capital structure (13 points)
• 4.4 — Equity and debt financing close (13 points)
