Provide preconstruction, constructability, estimating, procurement, scheduling, safety, quality, construction, commissioning support, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual estimates, assumptions, escalation, contingencies, and baseline schedule
• Lead constructability, logistics, procurement, and long-lead planning
• Develop GMP, bonds, insurance, safety, quality, and change-control packages
• Construct, document progress, coordinate commissioning, and complete closeout

Required qualifications and commitment evidence

• Idaho contractor authority and applicable licenses
• Comparable boutique hotel or complex commercial construction references
• Demonstrated cost, schedule, safety, quality, bonding, and subcontractor controls
• Signed integrity disclosure and commitment letter
