The Opportunity

FuntoNetwork is seeking a AI Current State / Readiness Assessment Analyst for an active RFP opportunity: Pinellas County RFP 26-0732-REQ - Artificial Intelligence Strategic Roadmap and Governance Framework Consultant.

Pinellas County seeks consulting services to develop an enterprise-wide Artificial Intelligence strategic roadmap and governance framework covering current-state readiness, governance structures, responsible-use policy, use case identification, ROI analysis, workforce change management, vendor/procurement strategy, and a three-to-five-year implementation roadmap.

Core Responsibilities

• Assess technology infrastructure, cloud/on-prem/hybrid environments, identity, integrations, APIs, cybersecurity maturity, data governance posture, procurement processes, workforce capabilities, system inventories, and current automation or analytics initiatives.
• Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response.
• Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness.
• Define the AI Current State / Readiness Assessment Analyst work package: Assess technology infrastructure, cloud/on-prem/hybrid environments, identity, integrations, APIs, cybersecurity maturity, data governance posture, procurement processes, workforce capabilities, system inventories, and current automation or analytics initiatives.
• Gather role-specific inputs: Collect the source materials, stakeholder decisions, system details, and operational constraints needed from Pinellas County.
• Perform the specialist analysis: Apply the methods, standards, tools, and professional judgment required for this role's assigned scope.
• Develop the assigned deliverables: Produce the role-specific designs, recommendations, configurations, records, or operational outputs required by the project.
• Validate the specialist work: Check the deliverables against source requirements, professional standards, identified risks, and acceptance criteria.
• Complete role handover: Resolve review comments and deliver final files, decisions, open items, operating guidance, and supporting evidence.

What You Bring

• Relevant experience for this RFP-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against proposal deadlines and client requirements.
• Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured submission requirements.

Earnings, Payments, and Tax Records

Consultants will be able to track project earnings, payment status, and tax records inside the FuntoNetwork mobile app.

Approved payments for this RFP opportunity will be processed through the app, and consultants will be able to request withdrawals from their available balance directly inside the app.

The app will also provide access to relevant payment history and tax-related records for consultant tracking and reporting.
