    The Opportunity

    FuntoNetwork is seeking a Acquisition and Program Management Analyst for upcoming project opportunity: Agile Professional Services.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Execute the Acquisition and Program Management Analyst scope for Agile Professional Services: Deliver the Acquisition and Program Management Analyst workstream with traceability to the Army performance requirements, security and clearance gates, deliverables, schedule, and acceptance evidence.
    • Collect, validate, normalize, and document the source data, assumptions, business rules, performance measures, and analysis method.
    • Perform the required analysis, modeling, estimates, scenarios, reconciliations, or requirements mapping and retain reproducible working papers.
    • Review findings with stakeholders, resolve data exceptions, evaluate alternatives, and document recommendations and decisions.
    • Publish the approved dataset, model, dashboard, schedule, requirements package, or report with quality checks and acceptance evidence.
    • Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
    • Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
    • Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
    • Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
    • Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.

    What You Bring

    • Demonstrated experience performing Acquisition and Program Management Analyst responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
    • Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
    • Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
    • Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
