This role also drives reporting, analysis, and performance tracking.Your role in our missionThe Fulfillment analyst has responsibility for supporting the production of alternate format beneficiary correspondence.Manual validation and transmission of print jobs using designated file transfer methods and systems to internal and external print vendors. Ensures all jobs are completed according to established deadlines.Vendor interface for any issues with jobs sent over for processing and completion.Manual tracking of all daily jobs and volumes, including letter type.Ensure Operating Procedure Manuals are updated as required.Be a knowledgeable bridge between clients, project managers and technical staff to define, document and share business requirements and expected impacts.Identify and escape file, data, or production issues that may impact quality or delivery.Support user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution and solution implementation activities.What we're looking forProficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis toolsStrong analytical and business process skillsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of CRM – system navigation and usageAbility to create and maintain documentationReliable and accountable, someone who shows up, stays engaged, and delivers consistentlyStrong attention to detail and data accuracyAble to work independently and in team environmentsWhat you should expect in this roleThis is an On-site/Office environment at West Sacramento, CAHours are 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.The deadline to submit applications for this posting is August 11, 2026The pay range for this position is $44,200.00 – $63,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
