Job Description:
Food Service Worker
Full Time, Second Shift M-F 11a-7:30p
Preparation and delivery of off-scheduled patient services, provide high quality, good presentation and highlevel of customer service satisfaction with sanitary conditions maintained throughout service and clean-up.Maintains kitchen work areas and equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition by performing thefollowing duties.
Job Duties:
Prep work including, washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding vegetables and fruits along withweighing and measuring designated ingredients.
Wash pots and pans thoroughly using established ware washing procedures and sweeps and mops kitchen and dish room floors using proper procedures.
Properly store foods in designated areas following wrapping, dating, and food safety and rotationprocedures.
Prepare items needed for meals; prepares hot and cold beverages, replenishes as needed and fills and replenishes condiments and all assorted items on the line.
Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator whilemaintaining all safety standards.
Operate Cash Register and cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
Preferred Requirements:
Food Handler card or Servsafe certificate preferred
High School Diploma/GED
One to three months' experience
