We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Food Service CSR to join our team! This position is responsible for taking meal orders, assisting customers with menu selections, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced healthcare/food service environment.
Position Details:
- Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday–Friday and every other weekend 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Pay: $15.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and take meal orders accurately
- Assist customers/patients with menu choices and dietary requests
- Enter orders into the system and verify order accuracy
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and food service staff
- Resolve customer concerns in a courteous manner
- Maintain confidentiality and follow food safety guidelines
- Perform additional administrative or food service support duties as assigned
Qualifications:

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous customer service or food service experience preferred
