The Estimator / Project Manager will be responsible for managing intake of project bids through project delivery, to include, but not limited to: review of design and project cost estimations; preparation of formal bids to clients; Project Management of secured bids to include Budget Management as well as People and Resource Management. Ability to effectively communicate with all project stakeholders to include, and not limited to: Senior Management Team, Client Representatives, Product Vendors, General Contractors, and field employees.

Our client in Norwood, MA is seeking a full time onsite Estimator / Project Manager. The Estimator / Project Manager will be responsible for managing intake of project bids through project delivery, to include, but not limited to: review of design and project cost estimations; preparation of formal bids to clients; Project Management of secured bids to include Budget Management as well as People and Resource Management.

To be considered, you must have:

• At least 4+ years of experience working as an Estimator / Project Manager for Commercial and Residential clients providing Ceiling and Wall Application Solutions including Acoustics.
• Ability to manage the Bid Process from intake of Project Bids through Estimation, Project Management, and Delivery to client.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all project stakeholders to include, and not limited to: Senior Management Team, Client Representatives, Product Vendors, General Contractors, and field employees.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with Project Estimation Software such as BuzzBID or similar products.
• Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields.
