You will represent employers across Oregon and the Pacific Northwest in a wide range of employment litigation matters, including:
Single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff disputes
Wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims
Wage-and-hour cases under Oregon law (ORS 652/653) and the FLSA
Class/collective actions (experience helpful but not required)
Depositions, discovery, motion drafting, and oral argument
Federal court work (D. Oregon)
Employer counseling on compliance, investigations, and litigation prevention
You’ll manage your own matters while collaborating with top L&E litigators nationwide.
3+ years of employment litigation experience
Strong motion practice, writing, and analytical skills
Experience with discovery and depositions
Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
Oregon Bar admission (or ability to waive in)
A proactive, driven attorney who wants to grow with a national platform
Base Salary:$150,000 – $240,000, depending on experience and qualifications
