What We Offer: Multiple Employment Models – Tailored to You

Full-Time 1099 Contractor – Living in the Community

• $305/hr

• $100,000 Sign-On Bonus (forgivable over 3 years, interest-free)

• 9-hour shifts

• Flexible scheduling

• Professional Liability Insurance covered

Travel/PRN 1099 Contractor – Not Living in the Community

• $305/hr

• 10–12 hour shifts

• Travel, lodging, and car rental covered

• 1-year contract or PRN block scheduling

• Note: Positions will convert to permanent community-based as those roles are filled

‍️ FTE Employed – Living in the Community

• $275/hr

• $100,000 Sign-On Bonus (forgivable over 3 years)

• 9-hour shifts

• CME stipend

Practice Highlights

• Level II Trauma Center – Bismarck, ND

• 1.4 patients per hour

• Epic EMR

• No midlevel providers

• All ages: pediatrics to geriatrics

• Must be proficient in advanced emergency procedures, including:

  • Intubation

  • Chest tubes

  • Central lines

  • Procedural sedation

  • OB/GYN + deliveries

  • Adult and pediatric resuscitation

• Prior experience in a Level II Trauma Center or academic medical center required

• ABEM-certified physicians only

Qualifications

• Board Certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM)

• Active ND medical license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

• Passion for high-quality, compassionate care

• Must have completed at least 250 emergency medicine cases in the past 12 months
