Now a wholly owned subsidiary of ERMCO, we operate with the agility of a startup and the backing of an industry leader.Job Summary:The Electronics Supply Chain and Procurement Specialist is responsible for all the GridBridge power electronics hardware platforms. The individual would work as part of our closely coupled Product Development team, leading sourcing, supply chain management, and procurement of all materials for the physical and electrical designs. The GridBridge team operates in an open, non-hierarchical manner to achieve efficient use of all team members' contributions, staying flexible at all stages of the development process. The individual must be highly motivated and committed to the highest level of product quality & delivery. The individual must be viewed by peers as an optimist, and balance persistence and enthusiasm with professionalism. The ideal candidate will have skills and a passion for process, innovation and development.This role will be onsite in Raleigh, NC. Relocation Assistance is available.ResponsibilitiesHands-on leader and individual contributor for all supply chain, stockroom and procurement activitiesProvide sourcing options to development engineers for electrical and physical materialsEstablish, maintain, and feed positive relationships with all supply chain partnersEstablish, negotiate, and maintain sourcing agreementsHands-on quoting, procurement and expeditingHands-on problem-solving with product quality and deliveryActive management of contract manufacturers, including kitting for buildsHands-on management of inventory, shipping, and receiving of materialsWork with legal and engineering teams to develop and negotiate agreements with suppliers, including confidentiality and supply and co-development agreementsFamiliarity with Capex tracking, including PO management, budget adherence, spend forecasting, variance management, and clear financial visibility for leadershipProduct costing and volume forecastingOccasional travel to supply chain partnersQualificationsApproximately 5-7 years of electronics supply chain & experience with Engineering Change Management Processes (ECN, ECO, etc.)Bachelor's degree with an engineering or manufacturing preferenceKnowledge/experience with commonly used MRP and PLM SystemsAbility to plan and work on multiple projects concurrentlyAbility to work collaboratively with development engineers, NPI engineers & product managersProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Hard working, motivated, self-starter and finisher, great attention to detailAbility to lead or follow, as required by the project/situationStrong problem-solving mindset, proactive thinkerExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesFamiliarity with component certificationsFamiliarity with NDA, MSA, and SOW documents and processesJoin ERMCO and TRANSFORM your career!Job LocationsUS-NC-Raleigh#J-18808-Ljbffr
