    Position Title: Executive Resources Specialist
    Work Location: Remote, Hybrid, or On-site, based on contract requirements
    Job Type: Full-time, Contract

    Summary

    C² Technologies seeks Executive Resources Specialists to support federal human capital programs. This position supports human resources services for Senior Executive Service members, senior-level employees, scientific and professional employees, political appointees, and other executive personnel.

    Responsibilities

    Support recruitment, staffing, onboarding, performance management, and recognition activities for executive personnel
    Prepare and review executive vacancy announcements, qualification packages, and staffing documentation
    Assist with Executive Core Qualifications and Technical Qualifications reviews
    Coordinate executive rating panels, interviews, selections, and appointment packages
    Support Senior Executive Service certification, allocation, and Qualifications Review Board processes
    Maintain executive personnel records, position data, and organizational information
    Support executive performance planning, appraisal, pay, bonus, and award processes
    Provide guidance regarding executive staffing policies, procedures, and documentation requirements
    Prepare correspondence, briefing materials, reports, and decision packages for senior leadership
    Track executive actions and coordinate reviews and approvals across stakeholder organizations
    Support executive succession planning, talent management, and leadership development initiatives
    Protect sensitive personnel and executive information

    Requirements

    Education

    Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, public administration, or a related field preferred
    Relevant executive resources or federal human capital experience may be considered in place of education requirements

    Experience

    Experience supporting executive resources, senior-level staffing, or federal human capital programs
    Federal Senior Executive Service experience strongly preferred
    Experience preparing or reviewing executive staffing and performance-management packages preferred
    Experience interacting with senior executives and leadership stakeholders

    Tools & Systems

    Executive resources and federal human resources information systems
    Document-tracking and records-management systems
    Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

    Skills

    Knowledge of federal executive resources policies and processes
    Excellent judgment, discretion, and professionalism
    Strong executive communication and technical-writing skills
    Ability to manage sensitive and highly visible personnel actions
    Strong organizational, analytical, and quality-control skills
    Ability to coordinate complex actions involving multiple stakeholders and deadlines

    Base Salary Range: $50,000 – $100,000 / year. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and structural alignment. Individual pay is influenced by several factors, including the candidate's work location, relevant experience, skillset, and contract constraints.
