With multiple locations and aggressive expansion plans, we are scaling quickly and looking for leaders who want to help build something meaningful.This is not a maintenance role — this is a build and scale role .The OpportunityWe are looking for a Director of Club Fitting & Sales to build, lead, and scale our entire club fitting and club sales division.This person will be responsible for:Building a world‑class fitting and sales systemDriving $750K–$1M+ in club revenue per locationTraining and developing our team to confidently sell premium equipmentCreating structure, consistency, and accountability across all locationsYou will play a major role in shaping how UGP sells, delivers, and scales one of the most important revenue streams in the business.Core Responsibilities1. Build & Scale the Club Fitting BusinessDevelop and implement a clear, repeatable fitting system across all locationsDrive club sales performance across all departments (coaching, fitting, etc.)Establish best practices for:Fitting flow and experienceProduct recommendationsPricing and packaging strategyEnsure every location is positioned to hit $750K–$1M+ in club revenue annuallyBuild a club sales playbook that integrates into the UGP client journeyTrain coaches and fitters on:How to present equipment confidentlyHow to connect performance to productHow to close club sales naturally within sessionsUltimately expand into broader sales training across departmentsRecruit, hire, and develop dedicated club fitters at each locationOversee performance and accountability of all fittersElevate the sales capability of every coach on staffSet clear expectations, KPIs, and performance standardsOwn and maintain demo matrices across all locationsEnsure setups are:SimpleOrganizedEasy for coaches to useContinuously optimize equipment offerings based on performance and demand5. Build Shop CollaborationWork directly with the build shop to ensure:Efficient turnaround timesHigh‑quality buildsClear communication between fitting and build teamsProvide feedback and direction on systems and processesMaintain authority to improve or restructure operations if neededBuild and manage relationships with key OEMs (Titleist, TaylorMade, Callaway, Ping, etc.)Ensure UGP is positioned as a premium partner within the industryAlign product availability with business needsKPIs & Success MetricsThis role is highly performance‑driven.
