What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 10 Carrier Sales Representatives, with a focus on continued growth and expansion.Create a high-performance culture built around accountability, collaboration, and results.Recruit, hire, and mentor top carrier sales talent as the team scales.Build and strengthen strategic relationships with carrier partners across North America.Drive carrier procurement strategies to ensure consistent capacity and service excellence.Monitor team performance, productivity, profitability, and key operational metrics.Partner closely with sales, operations, and executive leadership to support organizational growth.Implement best practices, process improvements, and training initiatives that enhance team effectiveness.What We're Looking For 7+ years of transportation, brokerage, or logistics experience.Proven leadership experience managing and growing carrier sales teams.Strong understanding of truckload capacity procurement and carrier relationship management.Track record of driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and team performance.Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership skills.Competitive mindset with a passion for developing people and building winning teams.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Why This Opportunity?
