Overview: Join our team as a Delivery & Customer ExperienceSpecialist, where you'll deliver and set up furniture while creating a top-tier, white-glove customer experience. This role is key to ensuring every customer interaction ends on a high note.

What You'll Do:

Deliver, assemble, and set up furniture in customers' homes

Provide professional, customer-focused service at every stop

Load, unload, and handle merchandise safely

Assist with showroom displays and store support tasks

Support warehouse operations and inventory handling

Maintain delivery vehicles and follow safety procedures

Field collections

What We're Looking For:

Customer-focused, professional, and dependable

Ability to lift 10–100+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

Basic mechanical skills (furniture assembly)

Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Basic computer skills (bilingual is a plus)
