We are a startup within Carrier, and want team players who thrive in a dynamic, changing, environment, while continuing to deliver what our customers need most.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES As a Delivery Assurance Specialist, in this role you will be supporting the decarbonization of the retail food market by ensuring our customers have total support from the time they place an order until the order is delivered. You will be responsible for developing processes, project tracking and management, ensuring on time delivery for all components to job sites, and working with the supply chain and operations to build a resilient and robust delivery mechanism. In order to facilitate this, you will take ownership of the delivery process and will collaborate closely with all key functions and our development organization to deliver the product to market.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Ensure on time delivery for all projectsOwn data entry into customer and supplier portalsTrack logistics of all components and ensure timely delivery and executionTake responsibility of orders placement of PO to installationWork with sales and sales engineering to ensure customer requirements are metActively problem solve issues and ensure customer expectations are metManages delivery assurance processes and / or works to achieve day-to-day delivery assurance objectives.Implements solutions to issues such as the coordination of shipments, sub-process suppliers and technical assistance to ensure on-time delivery, and to identify root causes that impacts on-time delivery.Implements process improvements and deploys delivery assurance system to ensure early identification of shortages.Collaborates with other departments as necessary with regard to meeting customer requirements, minimizing negative impactREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – Bachelor's Degree3+ years of experience in Supply Chain3+ years of experience in project managementPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – Excellent project management skillsMS Office SkillsClear written and verbal skillsPrior experience managing complex delivery schedules and installations#J-18808-Ljbffr
