Responsibilities Work independently at multiple locations, spending time inside and outside the facility.Assess customer storage needs and recommend storage options, including selling packing and moving supplies.Inspect storage units daily to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready for rent.Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.Assist customers with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.Physical Requirements Transport or lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds.Walk around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal free of debris.Qualifications Experience in customer‑service‑centered sales environments, such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.Valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel between work locations or related business; mileage reimbursement available.#J-18808-Ljbffr
