Personal Lines Account Manager/Csr
Wood Insurance is looking for a personal lines account manager/csr to join their team in Lynn, MA.
Schedule: In-person Monday-Friday 9-5pm
Details:

- Starting pay: $25/hr.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multi-task & prioritize
Responsibilities:
- Greet walk in clients and answer phone inquiries
- Resolve client's concerns and issues effectively & efficiently
- Review and recommend insurance coverages for clients
- Maintain complete and accurate files in our agency management system
- Process quotations, binders and endorsements for all client business
