Customer Service Representative - MANUFACTURING COMPANY
Location: Fresno, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $23/hour

A well-established food processing company in Fresno is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with strong administrative support and professional communication skills from a similar food processing or manufacturing company. This role supports daily operations through professional communication, order coordination, and invoice distribution, where a minimum of two years experience in this type of work is required to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute invoices via email and mail
  
• Book and manage customer orders
  
• Serve as a point of contact for customers, brokers, and internal/external teams
  
• Provide general administrative and customer service support
  
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of customer service support experience, ideally at a similar company (industry in food processing, farming manufacturing or logistics)
  
• Strong customer service and professional communication skills
  
• Excellent written English skills (proper grammar and business communication required)
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Outlook and Excel
  
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable

This is an in-office role with a professional team environment.
