Customer Service Representative
Location: Carlsbad, San Diego, CA
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and account details
- Process orders, returns, and service requests with a high level of accuracy
- Document customer interactions in the company's CRM system
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient issue resolution
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Additional Details:
- Located in Carlsbad, San Diego
- Contract to hire role
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST
- Onsite schedule, Full-time role
- Compensation: $22.00 per hour
