Suncoast Sports Group LLC is looking for an enthusiastic and people-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bradenton, FL! Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and enthusiasm

Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome

Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions

Build strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Track and document customer interactions using CRM or similar tools

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry

Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others

Interest or background in sports is a plus
