Domino's Pizza in Champaign, United States is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 55 E GREEN ST location. As the face of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting ourbusy pizza restaurant operations.
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food orders over the phone and in person
- Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently
- Prepare and cook pizzas and other menu items according to Domino's standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Assist with various cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Support delivery drivers by preparing orders for pickup
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

- Quick learner with attention to detail
- Food handling experience is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
