What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
- Assist shoppers in finding products and offer helpful recommendations
- Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on current inventory
- Accurately process sales transactions using a POS system
- Stock shelves, restock merchandise, and maintain displays
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-presented
- Handle customer questions, returns, and exchanges
- Support store promotions and sales activities
- Work collaboratively with team members and management
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to stand, move, and handle light merchandise throughout the shift
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible for evenings or weekends as needed
- Basic computer or POS system experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
