Job Description

In this role, you'll assist customers with identifying parts, troubleshooting equipment issues, and providing accurate quotes. This position requires strong technical aptitude, customer service skills, and a desire to learn the industry.
Key Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone and email with parts identification and product inquiries.
• Diagnose equipment and product issues using manuals, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Prepare accurate quotes for replacement parts and equipment.
• Utilize OEM manuals and resources to identify parts across multiple makes and models.
• Coordinate transactional activities with Technical Support Assistants to improve efficiency.
• Participate in problem-solving discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cross-train with other departments to gain a broader understanding of company operations.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies and safety standards.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of customer service, technical support, or related experience.
• Strong computer skills, including ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and databases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred

• Technical school training or Associate degree.
• Experience in a technical service environment.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Basic understanding of electrical controls, wiring, and troubleshooting.
