    CT Manager - Roanoke, VA

    This position is with a hospital in Roanoke, VA. The successful candidate will be a full-time employee of the hospital.

    Education Requirement
    • Graduate of accredited Radiologic Technology program.
    • Bachelor's degree required

    Experience
    • Board certified as a Radiologic Technologist, (ARRT) required.
    • Management experience (3-5 years) is required, preferably in a Level 1 trauma center OR busy Level II
    • Experience with free standing ED's is a plus

    Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
    • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with hospital personnel, patients, co-workers, and the public.
    • Knowledge of other modalities or willing to gain knowledge of other modalities as requested for the potential of cross-training opportunities.
    • Proficient with working with patients of all ages (infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adult and elderly.)
    • Ability to perform numerous tasks at once, prioritize workload and organize workflow.
    • Must be able follow established Universal Standard and Radiation Safety precautions.
    • Position requires flexibility to accommodate fluctuation in daily schedule, including but not limited to overtime, irregular hours and on-call responsibilities.
