Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to identify areas where technology can improve construction processes and increase efficiency
- Research and test new technologies to determine their potential impact on our business
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to streamline construction processes and improve project delivery
- Create and maintain a technology roadmap for the company, identifying key areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve our goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology, and make recommendations for their integration into our operations
- Train and support team members on new technologies and processes to ensure successful implementation and adoption
- Manage and maintain all technology systems and equipment, including troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise

- Continuously evaluate and improve existing technology systems and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technology-focused role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry-specific technology solutions
- Proficiency in programming languages and software development tools
