You'll coordinate timelines, organize assets, manage creative workflows, and communicate project details so designers and stakeholders stay aligned. Your ability to keep projects organized and capture the intent behind every request will help deliver exceptional brand and product creative while supporting the continued growth of the business.Responsibilities include:Manage the creative production calendar across product, brand, and web initiativesTrack project status, deadlines, dependencies, and proactively identify scheduling risksCoordinate creative review cycles, consolidate feedback, and manage approvalsPrepare and distribute final creative assets in the appropriate formats and specificationsAct as the liaison between concept and creative teams to ensure project intent is clearly communicatedTranslate rough ideas into organized creative briefs and supporting documentationCreate simple visual mockups using existing templates in Figma or Adobe Creative SuiteOrganize, tag, version, and maintain creative assets within the digital asset management (DAM) systemEnsure creative files, briefs, and supporting materials remain accurate, organized, and accessibleIdentify gaps in the asset library before campaigns move into productionSupport multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detailRequirements and Qualifications:1–3 years of experience in creative operations, creative production, marketing coordination, or a similar roleStrong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesUnderstanding of creative workflows and production processesExperience creating clear creative briefs and coordinating cross-functional communicationBasic design and editing experience using Figma and/or Adobe Creative SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to synthesize feedback and communicate project requirements clearlyComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesExperience in ecommerce, retail, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands is a plusFamiliarity with digital asset management (DAM) platforms and asset organizationExperience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Notion is preferredAbout the Hiring Company:Our client creates thoughtful gifts that help people show they care during life's meaningful moments.
