Responsibilities Prepares schedules for the Soft Count Team personnel.Acts as a Soft Count Team Member in their absence.Ensures the Soft Count Room is operated and maintained in full compliance with safety guidelines.Assists the Sr. Count Team Manager with performance evaluations of Soft Count Team Members.Collaborates with the Sr. Count Team Manager to ensure the safety of all Soft Count personnel.Adheres to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.Maintains keys to the Accounting Office.Has signatory authority for employee payroll/time records.Responsible for employee performance evaluation and Soft Count Reports.Access to Sensitive Areas and Information as per the ACGC Access Matrix.Qualifications High school diploma or G.E.D.2–5 years of related experience and/or banking training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Preferred knowledge of IGT Drop Utility, Easitrax, and Cummins MPX.Must be able to communicate effectively in English.Proficient in basic arithmetic operations: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.#J-18808-Ljbffr
