    Key Responsibilities for the Cost Accounting Manager:
    • Lead, maintain, and enhance standard costing systems across complex manufacturing operations.
    • Evaluate current costing methodologies and develop a roadmap for continuous improvement.
    • Partner with plant and production teams to analyze cost performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Support ERP optimization initiatives and ensure alignment between costing processes and system functionality.
    • Oversee inventory costing, variance analysis, forecasting, and operational reporting.
    • Mentor, develop, and coach the cost accounting team.
    Qualifications for the Cost Accounting Manager:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
    • 6+ years of cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
    • Experience with standard costing, variance analysis, inventory accounting, and ERP systems.
    • CMA certification preferred or interest in pursuing certification.

    Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 + Bonus & Profit Sharing
    Location: Fort Wayne, IN
