    Role Overview

    The Contract Recruiter will independently own and manage the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned roles during a six-month engagement, supporting positions across sales, product management, engineering, and related technical and business functions. This includes requisition intake and hiring strategy, sourcing, candidate screening and assessment, interview management, offer development and negotiation, candidate closing, and pipeline reporting.

The successful candidate will bring strong recruiting judgment, sourcing capability, communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate management, offer support, and closing.
    • Recruit across a variety of functions, with a focus on sales, product, engineering, and technical/business roles.
    • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, target candidate profiles, compensation considerations, and interview processes.
    • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, direct outreach, networking, and other recruiting channels.
    • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
    • Screen candidates for relevant experience, motivation, compensation expectations, location flexibility, and overall fit.
    • Provide timely updates to hiring managers and HR on pipeline activity, candidate feedback, and recruiting challenges.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
    • Maintain accurate and current activity in the applicant tracking system.
    • Support process improvements related to recruiting workflow, communication, and hiring manager partnership.
    • Participate onsite in recruiting-related meetings, interview days, hiring manager discussions, and HR team activities as needed
    Qualifications
    • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate, manufacturing, industrial, technical, or B2B environment.
    • Experience recruiting for sales, product management, engineering, technical sales, or related technical/business roles.
    • Strong sourcing skills, including direct outreach, passive candidate engagement, and pipeline development.
    • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with strong attention to detail, urgency, and follow-through.
    • Comfortable partnering with senior hiring managers, leading intake discussions, and advising on candidate market dynamics.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent Chase professionally to candidates and internal stakeholders.
    • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems; experience with ADP Recruiting or similar platforms preferred.
    • Ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with HR and business stakeholders.
    • Ability to work onsite at Chase Corporation's Westwood, MA headquarters 5 days per week.
    • Experience recruiting in specialty chemicals, manufacturing, industrial products, electronics, materials, engineering, or similar technical environments preferred.
    • Prior experience supporting a growing or transforming organization preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
