Job type: 90–120 day contract role | Full-time

Job duties:

• Create, maintain, and manage purchase orders while monitoring supplier performance and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers on order follow-ups, expedites, push-outs, and resolve purchasing or invoice discrepancies.
• Manage MRO purchasing while maintaining budget awareness and supporting cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems and Excel reporting to monitor inventory, on-time delivery, and purchasing metrics.
• Partner with Planning, Manufacturing, Operations, and Finance to support production and business objectives.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm

Pay: $40-55 per hour (depending on experience)

Job requirements:

• 2+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems such as Syteline, SAP, Oracle, or similar software.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with MRO purchasing and supplier management is highly preferred.

Location: Broomfield, CO (This is a hybrid role that will require to have to work full in-office for the first 30 days and then move to three days in office after that)
