Experienced Multifamily Community Manager Wanted

Brookside Properties is looking for an experienced Community Manager to oversee a well-maintained apartment community of approximately 100 homes in Louisville.

What You'll Do
Direct the day-to-day operations of the community
Supervise, coach, and support the leasing and maintenance teams
Drive occupancy through leasing, renewals, and resident retention
Monitor financial performance, collections, and operating expenses
Ensure the property is maintained to company standards
Build positive relationships with residents and quickly resolve concerns
Maintain compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
What We're Looking For
At least 2 years of multifamily property management experience
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Experience with budgeting, collections, leasing, and resident relations
Ability to analyze property performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience with Microsoft Office; Entrata experience is a plus
