We're growing, and we need an organized, customer-focused Commercial Service Coordinator to be the hub connecting our clients, technicians, and vendors.What You'll DoBe the first point of contact for commercial clientscalls, emails, and textsSchedule installations, service calls, and routine system inspectionsCoordinate with vendors and technicians to keep jobs on trackProvide basic technical support (toggling chimes, silencing keypads, pulling system reports)Monitor system health alerts and get ahead of issues before they become problemsA Typical DayYou'll start by reviewing the day's schedule and clearing any conflicts, then move into following up on overnight service tickets, helping clients troubleshoot, and booking new jobs as they come in.
