Description

Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years, is seeking a Commercial Estimator/ Project Manager to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia.

Job duties to include, but are not limited to:

• Reviewing the projects scope or work
• Access building plans and specs
• Compile costs and create proposals
• Communicating with clients throughout the bid process
• Utilizing Salesforce for all aspects of project

Requirements:

• 5+ years commercial construction estimating
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

This position is full-time, exempt. Hours for this position are in-office, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm

Compensation includes base plus commission.

The minimum compensation for this position is $61,000.00 annually.

The maximum compensation for this position is $137,000.00 annually.
