Seeking highly motivated and self-sufficient Commercial Lines Producers to join a team. The successful candidate will have access to a supportive service staff and a wide range of markets to help them succeed. Compensation Package
Base Salary: $65,000 to $175,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
Commission Structure: 45% on new business and 20% on renewals

Responsibilities
Build and manage a book of business with a focus on commercial lines, including industries such as construction, manufacturing, auto service, non-profits, nursing homes, and municipalities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Client Executives and service staff to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Actively cultivate and maintain a sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
Represent the company professionally in the field, attending client meetings and industry events.
Qualifications/Requirements
Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Producer or in a similar sales role within the insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets.
Self-sufficient and able to work independently without requiring frequent guidance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with agency management systems is a plus.
Ability to work onsite, hybrid, or remotely, as required.
