Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Collibra Developer Level III to design, develop, and maintain data governance solutions using Collibra. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Collibra Data Governance Center, metadata management, and workflow automation, along with the ability to work closely with data stewards, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data governance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement Collibra workflows, assets, and data models based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Collibra integration with various enterprise data systems.
- Customize Collibra applications, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with data stewards and governance teams to ensure alignment with enterprise data governance strategies.
- Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution for Collibra platforms.
- Provide technical documentation, training, and user support for implemented solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies, data security, and privacy standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 6 8+ years in software development with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Collibra development & administration.
- Strong knowledge of Collibra Data Governance Center (DGC), metadata models, and taxonomy creation.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Groovy, and REST APIs for Collibra integration and customization.
- Experience developing workflows in Apache Camel or Collibra Workflow Designer.
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and metadata management concepts.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Collibra Ranger or Collibra Certified Developer certification.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of ETL tools and data pipelines.
