The food service worker is responsible for duties that contribute to preparing, setup, serving and cleaning up after meal service. The FSW provides excellent customer service and holds food safety in high regard. The Food Service Worker should be enthusiastic, willing to accept tasks and offer assistance to co-workers and perform kitchen duties as described below. The FSW follows the instructions and training of their direct supervisor.
