Job Summary- Closing Manager, FT
Job Summary: We are seeking a mature, responsible individual with business experience for a Night Closing Manager position. Applicants must have experience leading, managing, and interacting with both associates and the public preferably in a retail setting. This person will be responsible for the operation of the store when the Store Manager or the Assistant Store Manager is not present. Candidates applying must be able to work from afternoon start time until 9 PM a minimum of 3 days per week. Candidates will need to be available most weekends.
Principal Duties:
• Ensure store conditions meet established standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is being delivered in all departments.
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a courteous and timely manner
• Provide direction, motivation, and coaching for all store associates.

Must have 1 year minimum supermarket management experience.
