  • Determine if a study is financially worthwhile for the cancer center.
  • Manage and track research contracts through approval systems.
  • Update budgets and contracts when studies are amended.
  • Coordinate with investigators, study coordinators, finance teams, legal teams, and sponsors.
  • Track progress to ensure studies are activated promptly.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in clinical trial operations, study protocol, and finance.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) supporting clinical research operations, study start-up activities, research administration, finance, regulatory, contracts, or budget management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and team-player mentality.
  • 4-year degree required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Oncology experience preferred, but not required.

  • Possess an optimistic, positive attitude, backbone, open-mindedness, adaptability, and curiosity.
