    As the Client Associate you will develop industry knowledge and skills to support account teams in delivering exceptional service to Gallagher's clients. You will work alongside experienced team members as you learn the business. Through hands on learning, you will gain the knowledge, skills and abilities to make client-related decisions independently.

    Required: High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills. Preferred: Must obtain Life & Health License within the first 30 days of employment, if not already licensed Associate's degree. Behaviors: Exceptional organizational skills, Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred. Previous experience managing client relations
