Lockbox Clerk
Performs all Lockbox Clerk functions under the direction of the Supervisor. Must have knowledge of all department systems equipment. Banking and accounting experience is a MUST.
Clerks can earn up to $13.75 an hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must have thorough knowledge of all department equipment including Trans. Remittance Processors, OPS (mail opening processor), Image Scanner Processor and all PC equipment.
- Monitor all work performance of Lockbox for accuracy and productivity in compliance to that of the contract
- Process work being transmitted accurately through batch control.
- Make sure all payments received are secured in the Lockbox area.
- Assist in the training of new staff members
- Work under the direction of the Supervisor and Lead.
