What You'll Do

As a Griswold caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, non-medical support to individuals in their homes.

Responsibilities may include:

• Companionship and meaningful engagement
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene assistance
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Mobility assistance and safe transfers
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Dementia and Alzheimer's care support
• Respite care and safety supervision

Assignments are matched to your qualifications, experience, and client needs.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking caregivers who take pride in their work and understand the importance of reliability, compassion, and professionalism.

Our ideal caregivers are:

• Compassionate, patient, and respectful
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to their assignments
• Responsive and strong communicators
• Comfortable providing one-on-one care in private homes
• Experienced in assisting seniors and adults with daily activities
• Able to work independently and follow individualized care plans
• Committed to safe, high-quality care
• Able to provide reliable transportation

Preferred qualifications:

• At least 6 months of professional or personal caregiving experience
• CNA certification or previous home care experience
• Experience with Alzheimer's, dementia, or Parkinson's disease
• Experience with personal care, mobility assistance, and transfers
• California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration, or willingness to complete the registration process

Requirements:

• California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration, or willingness to register
• Live Scan fingerprint background check
• TB screening
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (we verify through E-Verify)
• Reliable transportation; a valid driver's license if your assignments include driving clients

CNAs, Home Care Aides (HCAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and experienced caregivers are encouraged to apply.
