Business Process Analyst

Location: Sandy Springs, GA

Position Type: Contract

US Citizen, Green Card, TN, GC EAD and H4 EAD only. No third-party agencies corp to corp.

Job Description:

Experience with Insurance industry specifically with re-platforming or platform migration needed.

-5 years Business Analyst / Process Architect experience

-Definition and implementation of organizational design and change experience

-Excellent communication skills with the ability to ensure Business and IT stakeholders fully understand the end-to-end solution that will be delivered

-Strong analytical skills with and attention to detail

-Should be highly results driven, with the energy and determination to problem solve and succeed in a very fast paced, deadline driven environment

-Needs to be an independent, creative thinker and a key contributor in driving successful project delivery

-College or university degree and/or relevant work experience required

-Insurance industry experience

-Large scale Business Transformation Program experience
