    Responsibilities

    The Business Development will be responsible for developing new strategic alliances with key customers, promoting the patient care program for referral source identification and development; will develop community relations.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    Key Responsibilities include:
    • Analyze and understand customers' business strategy, future product plans, expansion activities and align healthcare resources.
    • Responsible for managed care contracts.
    • Must be current with the managed care environment in the local business community.
    Qualifications

    Position Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Military Experience preferred
    • Three (3) years acute/behavioral healthcare experience in business development/sales
    • Proven closing skills, motivation for sales, prospecting skills, sales planning, selling to customer needs, territory management, market knowledge, presentation skills
    • Must have and maintain a valid State of Florida Driver's License
