In this position, you'll participate in a structured development program designed to help you learn the business the right way. You'll spend your first several months learning about the products, industry, customers, and sales process while working alongside experienced professionals before transitioning into a revenue-producing sales role.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Learns construction equipment, compact equipment, and customer applications
• Works alongside experienced sales professionals
• Develops relationships with new and existing customers
• Prospects for new business opportunities
• Prepares equipment quotations and proposals
• Learns financing options and equipment specifications
• Utilizes CRM tools to manage customer relationships
• Visits customer job sites and businesses
• Participates in structured classroom and hands-on training
• Completes a defined development program designed to prepare for Outside Sales
