We are seeking a highly collaborative and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our client's growing team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at gathering and translating business requirements, partnering with cross-functional teams, and ensuring solutions align with business goals.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, objectives, and pain points
- Lead requirements-gathering activities including interviews, workshops, and working sessions
- Document clear, concise business and functional requirements (user stories, process flows, use cases, etc.)
- Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure shared understanding
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Operations, Data, etc.) throughout the project lifecycle
- Validate requirements, support testing efforts, and ensure delivered solutions meet expectations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency
What We're Looking For:- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on requirements gathering
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience translating business needs into clear, actionable documentation
- Comfortable facilitating discussions, asking the right questions, and driving alignment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:- Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar
- Experience supporting business or data-driven initiatives
