Line & Prep Cook/Kitchen Employee

If you are a hardworking, safety conscious and reliable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, then join our team! We are seeking both Cooks and Kitchen employees.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Cook food to order for our ala carte restaurant and prepare food for banquets.
• Follow our corporate recipes and standards.
• Maintain food preparation and organization levels of kitchen areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Good communication skills – must be able to effectively communicate with all Bullwinkle crew members.
• A positive teamwork-oriented attitude

Candidate Qualifications:

• Prior cooking experience required.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or walk for duration of shift.
• Able to accept direction and constructive coaching in a positive manner.
• Able to work Days, Nights and Weekends.
• Must be dependable and have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong work ethic with a passion for food and beverages
• Food Handler's Permit required.
• Must be 18+
