    SummaryThe Boutique Manager is accountable for all aspects of the boutique including sales generation, store operations, team leadership, and client development. This role leads the leadership team to drive sales performance, deliver exceptional client service, and ensure operational excellence in line with brand standards.ResponsibilitiesAchieve annual boutique sales goals across all product categories and drive individual and team targets.Lead, coach, and develop the leadership team and Sales Associates to maximize client development and sales performance.Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll compliance, and manage boutique operating budgets and commercial expenses.Coordinate events, in-store promotions, trunk shows, and campaigns with the Corporate Office to increase traffic and sales.Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand direction and collaborate with Merchants and Training for product knowledge.Manage operational processes including shipping and receiving, inventory control, aftersales, and loss prevention.Review operational reports, paperwork for receiving/transfers/RTVs, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.RequirementsAt least 10 years of boutique management experience in luxury fashion.Strong understanding of luxury clientele and the luxury fashion industry.Proven ability to develop, motivate, and train leadership teams and staff, delegate effectively, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.Availability to work a full‑time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; travel as needed.Ability to operate required equipment and apply company policies and procedures.#J-18808-Ljbffr
